SHIPPING POLICY 

Timing 

Once we receive your booking, we fulfill the same business day or next business day. Standard fulfillment shipping takes place in 1-5 business days throughout the contiguous 48 U.S. States and shipped to the shipping address entered by the user under their purchased booking.  Standard fulfillment shipping is included in the price of your booking. Overnight fulfillment shipping takes place in 1 business day throughout the contiguous 48 U.S. States at higher cost and shipped to the shipping address entered by the user under their purchased booking.  

Shipping and Transportation 

Fulfillment shipping of containers originates from the manufacturing or distribution facility located around the Continental USA. Standard and Overnight shipping fulfillment are options provided to you during the booking process for domestic service. Overnight fulfillment for International moves are a separate add-on service and must be purchased prior to 1:00PM Monday through Thursday. Purchases made after 1:00PM on Thursdays will be dispatched on Friday with a delivery on Monday by close of business day.   

Shipping of containers packed with your personal effects originate from the threshold door as provided during Check-In (choosing pick-up date and upload of related documents) and delivered to your threshold door domestically or internationally. You must Check-In prior to the collection of your packed items from your threshold door. Some overseas locations are considered ground floor only.
